Standard Interview Guide

Create a robust talent acquisition process.

A competitive force, this supplier of home repair and improvement project services was committed to doubling its revenue year-over-year. In order to meet its financial objective, the division needed to net 200 new employees within 60 days. Dealing with high annualized turnover and an average length of service of only six months, the company urgently required a robust, consistent process to acquire extraordinary talent.

To address this challenge, Kaufman Global conducted a Rapid Improvement Event to identify opportunities for waste reduction associated with the talent acquisition process. The objectives of the event were to clearly define the process, to increase the hire-to-retention ratio and to reduce lead time and acquisition cost from source-to-hire.

“As we are currently operating in a sold out condition, every minute we don’t have the manpower to produce good product we are missing a revenue opportunity.”
