This client wished to improve internal awareness and capability with Green Belt training. After evaluating a number of universities and online training providers, Kaufman Global was selected for our flexible approach to material customization and on-site delivery.

Several collaborative working sessions were conducted to vet materials and examples prior to delivery. The curriculum followed the DMAIC model with select lean tools incorporated by client request. Participants from multiple functional organizations came together for one week of classroom training at a host site. Course ratings averaged 4.5 out of 5 and participants left with practical tools they could immediately apply in their work areas.
