Eating Abroad: Asado in Argentina!

This Tuesday we’re traveling south to experience Asado in Southern Argentina! The term Asado is used interchangeably to describe either the various barbecue techniques used to prepare the meat, or the social event of having or attending a barbecue. Here, Senior Consultant Heinz Behrschmidt takes a break from the oil patch and gets ready to partake in the relaxed weekend meal.
