Building Sustainable Solutions
Everything changes all the time. Any solution we invent or implement today is fleeting. We believe a key part of our mission in every engagement is teaching clients how to effectively address issues they will face in the future. This is how we define sustainability.
Linking Sustainability & Continuous Improvement
Addressing change and improving the current state is its own, ongoing process. The primary ingredient of this process is the structured engagement of the organization at all levels.
We work across the organization to build these capabilities:
- Leadership Workshops
- Lean Leader Program
- Rapid Improvement Events
- Coaching and Mentoring
Our goal is to give the organization the tools it needs to develop sustainable change. Experiential learning delivers better, more “implementable,” real-world solutions. Our focus is on delivering results that are meaningful to the enterprise.
Building the Skill Sets to Drive Continuous Improvement
Our proven methods give the organization the hands-on know-how to create sustainable solutions:
Leadership Workshops helps leaders understand their roles in transformation. Workshops are highly interactive and last anywhere from a half day to 4 days. Our experience and skills hold leaders’ attention and helps them connect the dots.
Lean Leader Program develops internal change agents with mastery in three areas:
- Technical process improvement
- Change management
- Structured implementation
The program incorporates all forms of learning: classroom, experiential and one-on-one coaching. Graduates of this program have the confidence to deal with future unknowns.
Rapid Improvement Events are a great device for getting results. We get this. But we also understand that having a team of people together to focus on a real problem is a great opportunity to teach fundamental lessons about improvement, sustainability and the incredible effectiveness of working with a team to solve problems.
Experience Pays Dividends
Kaufman Global brings a wealth of experience to every engagement. We coach and mentor those we work with as a natural part of everything we do. A little direct feedback – focused, well-provided and with good intent – can be a tipping point in the learning process.
