Lean Leadership Flight Training | Our proprietary program for teaching and enabling 10 to 15 client change agents at a time to drive and sustain performance results in operations, office and supply chain. High potential candidates are drawn from multiple locations and work side-by-side with our team members to develop expert Lean skills by working on real operational improvement opportunities.
