Mr. den Nieuwenboer joined Kaufman Global with over twenty-five years of progressively responsible leadership experience working worldwide in large automotive supply organizations. His career responsibilities include account management, strategy development, value chain cost reductions, process improvement and team development. Qualifications include significant experience conducting business and project management, Lean / Continuous Improvement implementation in both operational and functional settings, value analysis and value engineering, supplier assessment and supplier development. He is recognized for developing and implementing pragmatic yet thorough business solutions. His clients include leaders in building products and composites, automotive systems, tire and rubber, food and beverage, and oilfield services.
John Claussen
Manager, Asia-Pacific Region
Mr. Claussen has more over a decade of proven experience and results designing
and delivering sustainable initiatives for clients in a broad range of
industries. This includes consulting in chemical materials use, supply
chain optimization and countless performance-based projects throughout
Asia-Pacific and North America. He is an experienced manager of international
development programs throughout Southeast Asia on behalf of clients such
as the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation and a variety
of private foundations. Management of these programs includes conducting
business assessments, feasibility studies and financial planning for economic
development, microfinance and biodiversity conservation programs. His
clients include those in emerging technologies, automotive OEM, finance,
and government agencies and affiliates.
Alex Teoh
Director, Asia-Pacific Region
Mr. Teoh is an expert Lean practitioner and trainer with over 15 years of experience. He's recognized for his ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner and lead cost effective and time-sensitive improvement implementations. He has conducted performance analysis, Lean manufacturing deployment, Total Productive Maintenance implementation and industrial engineering improvements throughout a diversity of industries in Asia-Pacific, including engine assembly, printed wiring assembly, automobile components (Tier 1), computer component manufacturing, food processing, packaging and bottling, garment fabrication, footwear production, furniture assembly, and rubber and plastic molding. A strong coach and mentor, he applies his skills to accelerate various forms of implementation, both in manufacturing and office processes.
