As an original founder of Kaufman Global, Jerry has played an integral role in the firm's understanding of enterprise transformation. He has a passion for helping clients succeed by connecting people with process through leadership alignment, employee engagement and a structured implementation model. Prior to joining Kaufman Global, Jerry held progressively accountable leadership positions within manufacturing, customer support, finance and engineering at a major tier-one automotive company.

Today, working across the entire business value chain - operations, finance, engineering, procurement, marketing / sales and customer relationships -- Jerry routinely engages with top leaders to solve complex issues bridging change and operational improvement. Using an uncommon mix of business, process and technical understanding along with outstanding people skills and business acumen, he helps clients achieve critical outcomes and lasting results.

Sean Wright
Executive Vice President : Principal
Prior to joining Kaufman Global in 2004, Sean successfully led several multi-billion dollar enterprise transformations in the Aerospace, Defense and Automotive sectors. In these roles he was accountable for hands-on, rapid operational and functional development and improvement for land, sea and air products in 27 countries throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Over the last 10 years Sean has developed and mentored over 200 change agents, some of whom are now leading enterprise-wide transformations for large corporations around the globe. He is expert in the areas of operational excellence, value chain improvement and business continuity. Sean is a key contributor to Kaufman Global's enterprise transformations, continuous improvement communications and integration of people, process and technology.

Amy Howard
Vice President : Partner
Since joining the firm in 2000, Amy has been instrumental in helping Kaufman Global extend our reach with market-leading implementation and performance acceleration services. While establishing Kaufman Global as a recognized and admired brand, she successfully integrated our message into Web-based media that broadens our worldwide reach, influence and results.

Amy has tremendous passion for our clients, our people and the work that we do. She possesses an intrinsic awareness about the importance of teams, results and customer focus. These attributes, combined with nearly a decade of insight into the structure of successful implementation, help Amy distill and communicate the characteristics that make Kaufman Global unique and our client partners successful.

Garry Vosahlik
Chief Financial Officer
Along with significant experience in finance and accounting, Garry has exceptional credentials in Continuous Improvement, project management, new product launch, business strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Early on, he served as a practicing CPA for a Big Six accounting and management consulting firm. He then moved to a multi-billion dollar publicly traded company where he held top positions in Finance, Strategic Planning and Operations. Just prior to joining Kaufman Global, Garry served as Chief Financial Officer of a $450 million privately-held company.

Garry has applied operational improvement techniques such as Lean and Six Sigma across the business value chain, offering clients a unique perspective on metrics and results measurement shaped by analytical skills, financial prowess and proven, enterprise transformation experience.
