Analysis Yields Effective Implementation

We start with questions. On every aspect of the organization, from its culture to its finances. We analyze this information to gain a fact-based understanding of the current state. Only then can we build an implementation plan that generates sustainable improvement.

Our analysis isn’t “one-size-fits-all.” Large and complex problems demand deeper analysis. With simpler issues, assessment can sometimes be folded into implementation. Regardless of scope, we have found that formalizing the techniques we use inside the process allows us to scale our effort to achieve the best result.

The Fundamentals of Analysis

Analysis is an iterative process that:

  • Assesses improvement potential and the organization’s readiness for change
  • Characterizes future state project elements and implementation alternatives
  • Defines the approach for the ensuing implementation.

Implementation Design for Sustainable Improvement

Our process engages the organization from process operators through leadership. Buy-in is created throughout the process, and when the analysis is complete, the organization is aligned and mobilized around the path-forward implementation plan.
